Continuation of theLegal difference between Libel and Slander...?

Asked previously, got some really great answers. The issue was raised about 'proving that what I say is real'. If this person claims that it is not true, and that I am lying than she would be lying. Medical records would prove her to be wrong. The situation is that couple that I am close to had marital problems. The husband cheated. The girl he cheated with told him that he 'needed to get tested' as she has HSVII. She knew that she was infected, she told him and yet they still had relations. He confided this to me while asking how he should tell his own wife. This woman (who is also married) is an adultress. I have asked her to keep her distance from us. She has no place in our environment. I'm to the point that if she gets in to my face again, I may just have to yell out, "Get out of here you disgusting HSVII infected *****"
