How to tell if a rabbit is aggressive/territorial?

I have this female rabbit and every time I go to feed her, or take her out of her cage she lunges at me. She's only a few months old. But anyways, I also have another male rabbit and she seems to be infatuated with him. Whenever she's out she'll always run to his cage and chin it, and the blanket I have covering his cage. In fact, she scent marks anything she comes across in my room. My male rabbit as only chinned maybe a pair of shoes before. Also the one time I've tried introducing the two my male rabbit just kind of ignored her, and she actually attacked him. That's the way it seems to be, she is always looking for him, but he ignores her for the most part. So if she just really territorial, or something else?
