What might I have? Should I be alarmed?

For almost two weeks I've been really congested and have a bad cough that isnt getting any better. Its difficult to bring up any phlegm and my mucus is really dark yellow and close to neon green. The cough gets so bad that my eyes get strained and my head starts to hurt. I do have a little bit of chest pain and frequent wheezing. I have sinus pressure and headaches often. I do always feel more tired and groggy more than usual. I havent developed a fever. Could this be contagious? What could it be?
