Why Obama SHOULD Change his views on SPace eploration. Education or Space Exploration Decision?

Space Exploration costs billions of dollars, money we don't have now thanks to George Bush and his war. Education is our bigger concern right now. Maybe down the road we can send some more people to the moon like Kennedy did.
