McDonalds really accepts printable coupons?

I printed out a few coupons for a free coffee at mcdonalds. I got it from the mcdonald website itself, but it just seems weird to have a coupon printed out on computer paper if you get what I mean. Like they'll think I'm bringing them fake ones or something. I just don't want to look like an idiot and be questioned. So that's why I'm asking if they truly are accepting printed coupons?
