Why is the GOP so scared of health care reform ?

The American public is tired of pork barrel legislation and runaway fiscal irresponsibility. They are also tired of paying and paying and paying with nothing to show for it. It's not really about health care -- it's about throwing bad money after even more bad money, and nothing to show for it in the end.
