What does giving birth feel like?!?

Hi, this is probabily the most serious questions I need to ask!!! I am asking for someone who has given birth (quite recently) but it doesn't have to be that recent or just any time. I am really want to know the exact pains and what it is like pushing a baby out, and what sort of women can cope with the pain and also some women who cannot cope with it. Also do you have to have injections while having a baby? Also is your "down stairs area" alot different and still sore and painfull after having a baby (even like years after having a baby) and does it hurt to go to the toilet for "both things"? Becuase when you go to the toilet you are pushing your insides.??????????
