Anyone have any book suggestions?

I love to read but I've been very busy lately, and have not found a good new book in a while. I'm an 18 year old girl, but I love a wide variety of books. Some of my favorites are Gone With the Wind (favorite book of all time), the Perks of Being a Wallflower, Wuthering Heights, the Great Gatsby, the Twilight series, anything by Jane Austen, the Edge Chronicles, Lord of the Rings, The Sword of Truth Series, and Tuck Everlasting. I didn't like anything like the Giver or books like that. Does anyone have any great suggestions? Thanks!
