How would you feel if your local bank required u to remove hats, hoods and sungles?

Kudos to Wisconsin. It's a shame it's come to that, but sounds to me like they're looking out for the best interests of their depositors and the safety of their employees. If it's 30 below, remove your hat as soon as you get inside the door like a gentlman would do as he entered a church. I don't see the big deal here.
