LLC vs S corp in North Carolina?

The filing fee is less for an S Corp ($20 versus $200) but I didn't know whether this is sufficient enough to weigh the decision. Anyone take a good look at the pros/cons of having each for a corporation with only a couple of shareholders/partners?
