Not sure what she wants?

I've gone on a few dates with her and sometimes she acts interested, then other times she acts like she wants it to be platonic. When I get close to her she gets uncomfortable and keeps her distance. But she seems to be eager to spend time with me. So I am confused. I know she is just out of a multi year relationship so is that the problem?
