White patches/bumps on my top lip?

I just noticed i have these tiny, tiny flat white spots on my upper lip. They are the size of a pin needle tip. They're in two clusters on my top lip only and you can only see the bumps if I spread my lip. But from a mirror, they just look like white-ish discoloration on opposite sides of my top lip. I've also had a sinus infection and acute bronchitis the past two days. Maybe the two relate? Please help me!
